The
_Franchise HR Business Partner _role is an opportunity to partner with function leaders and co-build people strategies to best meet the needs of the business.

The role combines internal client consulting, external market outreach, and immaculate problem solving into a single mix of design and delivery.


This role represents high visibility learning opportunity for a talent who wants to get into People strategy, analytics, processes, and project management experience in their career.


In this position you will play a key role in driving the organizational culture within the Brazil Franchise Operations communities while capturing frequent feedback from teams and stakeholders.

It requires passion for organization and discipline yet remain comfortable and flexible within frameworks to develop creative solutions to ambiguous problems.


What You'll Do for Us
The role holder's success is based on following key accountabilities:

  • Responsible for partnering with the Franchise Operations-Brazil Leaders and extended community by facilitating the wiring of the new network organization across LATAM.
  • Acts as coach and trusted advisor for the Franchise Operations leadership team to drive high engagement and highperformance environment, improve leadership inspiration, organizational effectiveness, leading change, organization design and building capabilities.
  • Direct responsible of the global, regional, and local implementation of our people strategy and scorecard, leverage on the Company Purpose, Leadership Definition & Growth Behaviors.
  • Coaccountable of the endtoend Talent, Learning and Rewards global processes in partnership with the Latam OU Talent & Capabilities and Total Rewards teams.
  • Partner to deploy and evolve of our Diversity and Inclusion strategy, practices, and targets.
  • Partnership with People Services to ensure compliance and continuous improvement of our HR systems, processes, policies, procedures, plans, and programs are in place and effectively utilized.
  • Colead the Talent Resource Allocation for agile projects in the new network organization, aiming to accelerate career and development experiences.
  • Responsible to continue building People Management capabilities through current processes (eg Employee Experience, PE, Wellbeing, Rewards & Recognition, Engagement, etc.).
  • Participate on cross LATAM People Initiatives.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Strategic thinker and problem solver can bring structured thinking to complex topics.
  • Ability to understand, balance, prioritize and develop compelling approaches to best meet the needs of the business.
  • Consistently creates winwin with key stakeholders (business leaders, HR function and bottlers).
  • Highly collaborative working style with ability to deliver results.
  • Strong communicator written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage diverse and multiple stakeholders in a matrix organization and multicultural environment. Network Organization mindset.
  • Flexibility and capacity to juggle many items concurrently.
  • Ability to master business and people decision making through a data and factbased approach.
  • Ability to hold their own with Senior Leadership.
  • Passion for People Management.
Experience & Background

  • 10+ years of Human Resources experience, consulting, organizational development and talent management, people planning & processes, in a multinational company.
  • Experience in the development and managing projects and create executive business cases preferably in HR.
  • Business Acumen.
  • Strong stakeholder management.
  • Coaching and change management capability.
  • Project management, agile and design thinking.
  • Should be technology savvy and able to work effectively in a digital first world.
