The programs handled by this group have a direct impacton customer buying decisions and online user experience.RBS has a new program to scale vendor management worldwide and is looking fordynamic and talented associates to participate in the implementation of theprogram in Brazil.
The Associates will be responsible for developing businessrelationship with vendors and providing operational support to both vendors andvendor managers .This position is a Business Operations Analyst in Selection team and the primaryresponsibilities includes sourcing and addition of selections, with a goal tominimize the Selection gap and ensure products discoverability.
Collaboratingclosely with Retail teams, our objective is to expand Amazon Selection and enhancethe customer experience.Core ResponsibilitiesWork with the vendors to ensure they are operating efficiently on our tools;Must be able to effectively drive operational metrics, meet the SLAs and exceedambitious business goals by engaging with vendors and internal business andoperations partners in MX, US and EU.- Suggest process improvements and assist internal partners to drive them tocompletion (Kaizens projects);- Execute tasks geared towards adding selection, reducing defects, increasingrevenue and reducing costs for our customers.
