About The Role:


  • Proactively own and manage a portfolio of enterpriselevel accounts with partners and become their trusted advisor and influencer
  • Proactively build and identify opportunity signals and generate expansion opportunities (upsell, addon, crosssell, etc.)
  • Consult with customers on their internal processes and challenge leaders to drive change across their organization
  • Leverage the partner ecosystem to ensure successful account management and surface customer inputs back

Your Experience & Skills:


  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales, and account management experience working with large, enterpriselevel accounts (> 50150K ACV)
  • Native English speaker must
  • Own the full sales cycle, from identifying expansion opportunities to building relationships with key stakeholders to negotiation and contracting
  • Strong customerfacing and presentation skills with ability to establish credibility with executives
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy
  • BA/BS degree; or equivalent work experience
