About The Role:
- Proactively own and manage a portfolio of enterpriselevel accounts with partners and become their trusted advisor and influencer
- Proactively build and identify opportunity signals and generate expansion opportunities (upsell, addon, crosssell, etc.)
- Consult with customers on their internal processes and challenge leaders to drive change across their organization
- Leverage the partner ecosystem to ensure successful account management and surface customer inputs back
Your Experience & Skills:
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales, and account management experience working with large, enterpriselevel accounts (> 50150K ACV)
- Native English speaker must
- Own the full sales cycle, from identifying expansion opportunities to building relationships with key stakeholders to negotiation and contracting
- Strong customerfacing and presentation skills with ability to establish credibility with executives
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy
- BA/BS degree; or equivalent work experience
