Introduction

Your Role and Responsibilities

Nesta função, você trabalhará em nosso IBM Client Innovation Center (CIC), onde oferecemos profundo conhecimento técnico e do setor para uma ampla gama de clientes do setor público e privado em todo o mundo.

Esses centros oferecem aos nossos clientes habilidades e conhecimento técnico para impulsionar a inovação e a adoção de novas tecnologias.

As principais funções incluem:

Conduzir demandas de projetos de transformação digital baseados em funcionalidades da plataforma Salesforce.
Realizar o entendimento da necessidade do cliente e transformar em solução na plataforma Salesforce.
Fornecer soluções e recomendações seguindo as melhores práticas da Salesforce.
Apoiar o Product Owner na concepção de histórias no nível que tenha o detalhamento necessário para as configurações.
Configurar e parametrizar a plataforma Salesforce.
Construir documentos funcionais, histórias de usuários e cenários de teste.
Reportar atividades e estimativas para o gerente do projeto, bem como ser responsável pela solução funcional do lado IBM.
Analisar informações para determinar padrões de comportamento, causaraiz de problemas e possíveis soluções.
Atuar como uma ligação entre a equipe técnica e de negócio para garantir que todos os resultados atendam às necessidades do cliente.
Trabalhar de forma estruturada em ambientes de desenvolvimento, QA e UAT, focados na implantação.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Dominar conceitos da plataforma Salesforce, processos de Sales Cloud e de Service Cloud.
Possuir capacidade de síntese, boa comunicação e interação com cliente.
Dominar modelagem de dados e raciocínio lógico.
Dominar mapeamento de requisitos funcionais e nãofuncionais
Dominar desenho de processos, casos de uso e cenários de uso
Saber construir histórias de usuários e priorização de backlog.
Conhecimento em projetos ágeis (Kanban ou Scrum).
Negociar soluções com a área de negócio que atendam as melhores práticas Salesforce.
Conhecimento em indústria.
