The Team:

The main objective of the sales strategy team is to develop our company in the long-term through commercial strategies that allow the correct performance of our brands in the different markets.

This team partners with Sales, Sales Admin, Logistics, Demand Planning and Business Analytics to conduct in depth analysis of market opportunities in order to generate insights that help us improve our business plans and execution.

What Your Impact Will Be

Management and analysis of Sellout information for the Toys market;
Sellout performance analysis of brands, customers and competitors;
Action plan by Channel/Brand;
Monitoring the sales team's weekly Sellout target;
Support in building and monitoring annual budgets;
Support for specific company analyses (presentations/meetings).

What We're Looking For:

Demonstrated a growth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning, embracing challenges, and improving themselves
Experience in Sales Intelligence, Market Analysis, Sales or similar areas;
Analytical profile (mainly with data analysis in Excel)
Good communication skills (supporting presentations to the local team).
