Atividades e Responsabilidades:
Responsvel pela liderana de projetos de diligncia financeira e contbil para grandes corporaes e fundos de private equity, coordenando todas as atividades envolvidas, desde a fase de planejamento de trabalho at a concluso do relatrio;Realizar as anlises complexas de diligncia financeira e contbil, como propor ajustes ao EBITDA, capital de giro e dvida lquida, anlises de fluxo de caixa, anlises de preo e volume, anlise de margem, tendncias de capital de giro, entre outros;Propor recomendao de aes com base nos resultados da due diligence;Responder prontamente s demandas do projeto e antecipar aes crticas para o sucesso do trabalho;Atuao em diversos projetos e trabalho com gesto de equipes multidisciplinar e clientes de diversos setores;Viabilizar articulaes efetivas entre lideranas, conquistando alinhamentos e produzindo resultados que atendem aos interesses dos envolvidos;Treinar e desenvolver os recursos menos experientes da nossa prtica;Contribuir para o desenvolvimento da prtica apoiando o desenvolvimento de novas ferramentas, processos, etc.Qualificaes:
Ensino superior completo em Economia, Cincias contbeis ou Administrao;
Experincia comprovada em gerenciamento de projetos complexos em ambiente multicultural e corporativo;
Experincia em auditoria externa ou consultoria em transaes;
Excelentes habilidades de comunicao escrita e oral, e de apresentao confiante e impactante;
Disponibilidade para viajar;
Ingls avanado/ fluente.
Competncias:
