The role:
An exceptional opportunity awaits an individual to assume ownership of the Product relationship for RedCloud within Latin America. RedCloud is a rapidly growing Open Commerce platform poised to become a global leader within five years.
As a key member of the Global Product team, you will collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and vital stakeholders across the organization.
Your role will involve engaging with in-country teams, customers, and product leadership to shape the product roadmap, define timelines, requirements, and GTM (Go-To-Market) strategies.
We rely on your strong analytical mindset to elevate the product vision to new heights.Main Responsibilities:
- Working with multidisciplinary team developing Intelligent Open Commerce platform for emerging markets globally
- Identify, design and communicate opportunities within local markets to global product team
- Be the voice of the market and the voice of the customer within the global product team planning and design sessions
- Identify local opportunities for partnership, assist in negotiating partnership agreements and manage the signoff process
- Manage all regional product partnership relationships
- Solution design and Product Management
- Identifying product improvements, revenue opportunities, cost reductions and meeting all product governance requirements
- Work with local market teams to improve user acquisition and retention
- Ensure Product and Pre-Sales processes are adhered to in order to maintain control of vision and timescales
- Police product roadmap investigations, specifications, schedules, milestones and delivery
- Successful, demonstrable handson experience in Product Manager or Head Of within the ecommerce, fintech, SaaS or Data platform verticals
- Demonstrable experience of leading a team and the overall product road map/strategy
- Extensive experience managing complex technology projects from requirements definition through delivery of solution, including communication of status and results throughout the organization
- Ability to think both strategically and tactically in a highenergy, fast paced environment
- Demonstrable experience driving roadmap delivery, while balancing Product and Development demands
