    The position

    The Project Manager will report to the Regional PMO Director and will oversee all facets of project management, encompassing planning, execution, and progress monitoring utilizing cutting-edge tools, processes, and methodologies. This role is perfect for individuals with high potential seeking recognition for exceptional performance, alongside gaining valuable insights from intricate mobile marketing projects.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Responsible for managing and delivering Projects to Mobile Operators
    • Coordination of project plans and internal resources to meet set launch deadlines
    • Acting as the intermediary between clients and internal resources for seamless project execution
    • Defining project specifications and client demands, involving relevant departments to ensure technical feasibility and resource availability
    • Monitoring progress through a robust project plan for timely and budgeted project delivery
    • Addressing and escalating issues to key stakeholders when necessary
    • Managing client relationships and expectations
    • Cultivating relationships with third-party entities
    • Providing clear briefs to Engineering, Operations, and Support departments
    • Ensuring cohesive operation among all project-involved departments
    • Developing and upholding comprehensive project documentation

    Prerequisites

    The preferred candidate will exhibit strong communication skills, teamwork, self-motivation, and flexibility, coupled with the following qualifications:

    • University degree, particularly in the fields of computer science or engineering
    • 3-5 years of experience in project management or consulting within the telecom or IT sector
    • Solid technical background with insights or hands-on involvement in mobile, software development, and web technologies
    • Exceptional client-facing and internal communication abilities
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
    • Proficiency in written and verbal Spanish communication is advantageous
    • PMP / PRINCE II certification is a bonus
