    O dia a dia será fazendo o seguinte:

    • Liderar Gestores que ocupam a cadeira de Gerentes Estaduais, estes possuem equipes diretas de Gerentes de Negócio com atuação direta ao cliente final de Bancos na CIA.
    • Atuação forte em Liderança, acompanhamento de entregas, metas e resultados comerciais;
    • Apoiar o Gerente Estadual a gerenciar carteira dos "Gerentes de Negócios" , com objetivo de manter e ou negociar (Conversão de Prospects) para Adquirencia Cielo, buscando o atingimento de metas: Volume, Receitas Liquida, Implantação de produtos do portfólio.
    • Interfaces com áreas internas internas e principalmente ser o ponto focal no relacionamento junto ao Banco
    • Negociação, contemplando a elaboração da proposta comercial junto com os times de finanças e planejamento comercial
    • Condução do processo de implantação, bem como alinhamentos internos necessários
    • Acompanhamento de performance das parcerias implantadas
