- Price and terms negotiation with international as well as regional carriers.
- Preparing and negotiating purchasing and freight conditions.
- Tendering and Bid evaluation.
- Handling and analyzing of data.
- Supporting the sales team and corresponding with international FMS offices.
- Maintaining a good image of the company and good relationships with customers and vendors incl. problem solving
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent degree
- Experience in Procurement or Customer Service function in Logistics/Freight Forwarding
- Sufficient local market knowledge & networking
- Good knowledge in MS Office suite
- Strong command of English; while Mandarin would be an advantage
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Team player with proactive work attitude
- Partnership: Great colleagues and many employee events e.g. (e.g. Christmas party, birthdays etc.), Mobile Working
