- Identify and engage potential clients while nurturing existing relationships.
- Manage the sales process for the Brazilian market.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to capitalize on new opportunities.
- Create and execute sales strategies for growth, in collaboration with the management team.
- Track progress towards targets and adjust strategies to meet revenue forecasts.
- Provide regular reports to internal stakeholders based on key performance indicators.
- Handle the complete sales cycle and onboarding process, working closely with the LATAM Regional Director and LATAM Sales Team Lead.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of company products to effectively address client needs.
- Support key projects led by the LATAM Regional Director and LATAM Sales Team Lead.
- Minimum 3 years of sales and business development experience in online sports betting and gambling.
- Experience in the Brazilian market with a strong network of operators.
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English; knowledge of Spanish is a bonus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical abilities with reporting expertise.
- Willingness to travel when necessary.
