- Partnering with internal and external stakeholders, continuously keep the employer brand attractive.
- Work closely with hiring managers to acquire the updated hiring needs and find the best way for the business to hire the best people.
- Continuously identify improvements on Talent Acquisition excellence in terms of process, policy, system etc., to elevate both recruitment quality and efficiency.
- Manage recruitment agencies and explore new vendors, drive progress, and evaluate performance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams in both China and regional teams, participate in HR projects cooperating with cross boarder teams.
- Create a corporate culture construction plan and collaborate with relevant departments to implement it.
Manage and drive a full recruitment cycle for various business groups across Logistics, Warehouse, Production, own the full recruiting cycle from setting recruitment intake meetings to job offers in Latin America.

- Full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, experienced in making offers, offer negotiation, talent mapping, be good at handling multiple tasks.
- Experience hiring roles across Logistics, Warehouse and Production, will be a plus if you have experiences working in e-commerce/retail/fashion company.
- Experience in enhancing corporate culture.
- Fluency in English, English is a must.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with good professionalism and friendliness.
- Passionate for approaching new things, building teams and keep patient in doing shaping, from 0-1.
- Having active and data-driven with growth mindset, to learn quick, be flexible in such a fluid and changing circumstance.
