Job Title:

IT Support Analyst | Location: Rio de Janeiro- Department: IT- Job Summary:

This role will provide IT support to Yinson Brazil Office and Projects (FPSO's)
Key Responsibilities:
Support internal and offshore staff both remote and handson on IT devices (laptop, mobile,

- printers)

Order, set up and assist with the installation, configuration and maintenance of new IT equipment
Maintain conference rooms, telecommunication equipment and regular checks of all working

- stations

Maintain the asset management control up to date
Prepare materials (documentation, presentation, etc)
Monitor IT and communications infrastructure, both onshore and offshore and ensure that

- these are maintained

Prioritize and manage support cases
Liaise with external IT vendors for support and technical issues
Establish good working relationships with external thirdparty IT vendors and stakeholders
Suggest improvements to IT policies and procedures and think creatively to produce new concepts

- and developments

Help to ensure that IT solutions implemented in the Company are economically viable
Escalate issues as needed and maintain communication with third parties technical team
Other tasks as determined by the IT department.
Qualifications:
Essential
Bachelor's in computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience;
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar job that has given you a good knowledge and handson experience with Microsoft Office, Windows 10 or similar software;
Familiar with Microsoft Intune, Azure and 0365 and have good overall understanding of networks, software and hardware;
Proficiency in English, written and verbal.
Previous experience working in similar role for Oil & Gas industry will be an asset;
