- Work alongside the HR Generalist in all HR processes such as Recruitment & Selection, Organizational Development, and Training & Development;
- Execute the entire Recruitment and Selection process from aligning profiles for internship positions to daily monitoring of interns;
- Assist in the development plan for interns;
- Organize departmental events according to pre-established goals and deadlines;
- Support the #New Generation Internship Program;
- Support the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee;
- Handle general HR inquiries from employees.
- Currently enrolled in Administration, Human Resources Management, or Psychology - evening period
- Expected graduation from Jan/2026 onwards;
- Ability to intern for 6 hours/day, from 09:00 to 16:00;
- Intermediate English proficiency
- Availability to work remotely (space, Wi-Fi network)
- Experience in Recruitment and Selection
- Engagement with Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives.
