KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
Project Delivery

  • Actively participate with the team in planning and setting user story deliverables;
  • Design and develop new IT solutions in collaboration with the team;
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient project delivery and solution design;
  • Clarify project requirements to satisfy customers' needs and expectations;
  • Deliver project on time and on budget;
  • Ensure proper hand over of project delivery to other teams (when applicable).
Process Improvement

  • Identify and prioritize IT process improvements;
  • Participate actively in Process Feedback and Process Improvement during Scrum, Gemba, Sprint Retro meetings, etc. ;
  • Support new process implementation and sustainability.
Skills Development

  • Develop new soft and technical skills to reinforce the ability to design various IT solutions, enlarge his/her expertise and teamwork abilities in an scrum development approach;
  • Share his/her expertise to enhance the skills of other members.
