    Position Description:
    We are currently recruiting Administrative Assistant professional for Brazil. We understand our staff is essential in achieving growth, account penetration and maximizing sales profitability.
    Will be responsible for supporting the Sales Team and General Aviation Operators.

    The employee will act as a bridge between local office and headquarters in Miami, being responsible for billing, collections, and customer inquiries support.

    Will keep direct contact with customers to send quotes and orders, set up new accounts, load information on Sales Force, support tax documentation and help Management of events organizations.

    Therefore, it is essential for those working in sales to manage multiple tasks seamlessly and adapt to a fast-paced working environment.

    Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for collections for Brazilian customersAgree and achieve quarterly and yearly objectivesLoad new customers and CRM updates through SalesforcePrice quotes, review quote activity and initiate follow-upsMonitor credit and assist credit teamMonitor invoices and collections, in addition to providing all the necessary administrative support for our customers in the back officeSupport the team on eventsPerform other duties as assignedAttend industry events and trade showsRequired Skills and Experience:
    AVIATION EXPERIENCE PREFERRED *University degree in course or experience in the areaProficient in Microsoft Applications (Office, Outlook, Excel)

    Demonstrates a customer service mindsetExcellent oral and written communication skills in Portuguese and English. Spanish is a plus.
    Strong organizational skillsSmart, proactive, self-starter with a sense of urgency and a "can do" attitudeLive in São Paulo or nearbyTime availabilityRecommended Experience:
    Aviation Fuel / Flight Operations knowledgeKnowledge of SalesforceBilling, collection, and administrative routines
