    We are looking for a charming, savvy, humble, and trustworthy manager to help us

    1. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively ensure greater delivery speed, coordinate meetings and other office demands. They should be comfortable answering inbound contacts, distributing mail to employees and handling outgoing mail, and also possess a friendly demeanor so they can effectively interact with office visitors and interview candidates.
    2. Work as a team, aiming for general deliveries; Team management and guidance, ensuring the execution of processes, quality standards and safety in the area, also sustainable and excellent customer relationships; Hands-on; Open to change, innovation and constant evolution; with proactivity aligned with business scalability, committed to a sustainable business growth
    3. To act as a focal point for the demands of five core areas: 1) People culture and performance; 2) Commercial operations; 3) Corporate finance; 4) Administrative; 5) Corporate facilities;
    4. Act as an interface, monitoring teams to ensure implementations, standards and communications with the team; Establish a critical vision to identify process opportunities and propose improvements; Carry out analysis of more complex situations, guaranteeing deliverables and non-deliverables of contracted services; Operational risk management
    5. Coordinate and organize office activities, oversee stock of office supplies, greet visitors at office; Support executives in scheduling meetings, interviews and transport;
    6. Assist the CEO management and operation of the company, being a facilitator of all areas of the company, working with employees, systems, financial institutions and customers; Carrying out accounting and tax routines; office supplies, office organization, upgrades to infrastructure and services;
    7. Supervise budgets, bill payments, changes, organization and management of home, car, travel, personal finances, appointments, leisure services;
    8. Interest in participating in a fintech with explosive growth, with an intense pace in a challenging environment 44 hours a week, with constant work on weekends and outside business hours, mostly remote "online", assisting in closing, planning and reviewing projects

    Requirements:

    3+ in management positions profile in a company in the b2b services segment

    Excellent communication skills

    Fluency in English

    Strong ability to multitask

    Friendly and upbeat demeanor

    Availability for eventual demands on weekends

    Determination, motivation and resilience to achieve goals/results;

    Be dynamic, proactive and organized with an analytical and strategic vision;

    Have experience in the financial sector, specifically in startups or fintechs;

    Strategic, resilient and analytical thinking;

    It would be a plus if you have:

    Experience with financial products in the fintech or startup sector;

    Have experience in the financial sector, specifically in startups or fintechs;

    Knowledge of agile methodologies;

    Knowledge in Chinese
