    Buscamos um(a) assistente para atuar com atividades relacionadas à área de serviços, dividido em realização de serviços, atendimento de consultas, e, área de delegações, missões e outros projetos públicos.

    PRÉ-REQUISITOSGraduação concluída em Relações Internacionais, Comércio Exterior, Economia, Administração, Ciências Sociais ou área similar;Boa comunicação oral e escrita nos idiomas português (C1), inglês (B2) e alemão (B1);Experiência inicial em cooperação comercial internacional, gerenciamento de projetos e/ou vendas internacionais no setor de serviços por meio de estágios ou empregos anteriores;Bom conhecimento de ferramentas e aplicações de MS Office;Interesse na pesquisa e preparação de dados.

    PRINCIPAIS ATIVIDADES Auxílio na organização e acompanhamento de delegações e missões empresariais;Agendamento de B2Bs;Contato com stakeholders;Acompanhamento em reuniões e conferências;Elaboração de pesquisas de mercado e relatórios.

    Contato inicial com potenciais clientes alemães e brasileiros;Planejamento do projeto;Coordenação ou elaboração de pesquisas de mercado e contato com potenciais parceiroscomerciais para cada projeto;Elaboração de relatórios de mercado em português e Alemão;Atendimento a consultas voltadas à entrada no mercado, desenvolvimento de negócios,Importação, exportação e outros projetos de internacionalização;Realização de reuniões iniciais para apresentar o panorama geral de mercado para diferentessetores no Brasil;Identificação e direcionamento de potenciais clientes para os diversos departamentos;Elaboração de propostas.
