    Responsabilidades e atribuições:
    Recepção de visitantes, entregas e fornecedores do escritório;
    Gestão e acompanhamento dos contratos da área administrativa como por exemplo: serviços de táxi, manutenção predial, condomínio, refrigeração, limpeza e conservação;
    Efetuar lançamentos de NF e realizar controle financeiro das atividades da área administrativa;
    Realizar cotações, negociar com fornecedores e efetuar compras de materiais de escritório e equipamentos conforme necessário;
    Gerenciar o estoque de suprimentos de escritório, mantendo registros precisos e garantindo a disponibilidade de itens essenciais;
    Prestar suporte administrativo em atividades como arquivamento de documentos Organização de eventos internos, coffee breaks e reuniões;
    Elaborar planilhas para monitorar despesas da área, fornecendo insights para melhorias e otimizações;
    Colaborar com outras equipes para garantir a integração eficaz de processos administrativos e operacionais.

    Requisitos e Qualificações
    Ensino superior em Administração ou áreas correlatas;
    Sólida experiência na área administrativa e/ou recepção;
    Perfil comunicativo e colaborativo Experiência em processos de recepção, administração de espaços, organização de pequenos eventos e compras em geral;
    Ótima habilidade de comunicação e organização;
    Conhecimento em Office 365.
