    Job Purpose and ImpactThe Head of DCM (Debt Capital Markets) will lead the execution of origination strategy for Brazil.

    In this role, you will provide direction and guidance to the origination team to develop new business opportunities, build and cultivate relationship with banks and companies to achieve growth objectives.

    You will also collaborate with key trade and capital markets and function stakeholders to ensure business growth plan in the assigned markets are met and within a risk and control managed environment.

    Key AccountabilitiesPartner collaboratively with senior functional and trading stakeholders to develop new high risk customers in the assigned regions to grow the business to achieve revenue objectives and prospecting market and industry research.

    Apply broad and in depth understanding of all structures to develop strategic solutions to new and existing costumers.

    Develop in depth knowledge of the customer business strategy and explore and develop new industries related to trade in the assigned regions.

    Ensure expert understanding and compliance of the special operations group applicable to origination.

    Develop and structure highly complex financing origination proposals that represent maximum value optimization to the customer and business and address the customer's key issues, needs and requirements.

    Develop and foster strategic partner relationships with senior internal management and external stakeholders.

    Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems.

    Teams's ManagementQualificationsMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experienceBroad and in depth understanding of corporate and trade financeExperience of working on a regulated atmosphereDeep knowledge of CVM regulationsExpert knowledge of Capital MarketsAdvanced English
