- Structure the budget, define and monitor adherence to sales goals, campaign goals and action plans, together with support areas, by coordinating meetings, monitoring indicators and procedures for evaluation and control;
- Ensure the availability of relevant Management information and Results information for Directors, Managers, Commercial Team and other areas of the company at the appropriate frequency, promoting the automation and evolution of reports and analyzes
- Manage and ensure the efficiency and agility of the negotiation and approval processes of proposals in the system (authority policy).
- Ensure the training of bank distribution channel through periodic training and sales support materials, working together with the marketing area to provide product promotion materials.
- Work together with the operations and customer care area, ensuring that sales made through the bank channel are implemented according to plan and that services are provided in accordance with agreed service levels.
- Experience: 10 to 12 Years in Commercial areas
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, Engineering, etc. (MBA or Postgraduate degree preferred).
- Analytical Capacity (analytical/statistical training desirable – e.g.: 6-Sigma);
- Knowledge in BI and BA Tools (e.g.: Ta-bleau, Click View, Power BI, etc.),
- revious Knowledge in Preparing Indicators, KPIs, Dashboards, Sales Funnel and Pipeline.
- Portuguese & English language fluency
