    Power Plant Solutions LATAM opportunities in Vestas Power Solutions (VPS) LATAM:


    • Collaborate with specialists to identify new wind or hybrid generation project areas.
    • Be proactive in spotting potential electrical system expansions for new grid connections.
    • Develop relationships with electrical system planning entities.
    • Stay updated on regulatory frameworks for system expansions and connections.
    • Monitor grid indicators for project prioritization.
    • Conduct studies to define grid connection capacities.
    • Provide technical support for project development phases.
    • Organize and lead technical meetings with key stakeholders.

    Qualifications:


    • M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering/Power Systems or B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering/Power Systems.
    • 5+ years of experience in power generation and transmission systems.
    • Knowledge of grid connection code requirements and substation schemes.
    • Proficiency in ANAREDE and ANAFAS, with familiarity in CAD software.
    • Understanding of power system stability, control, and analysis.
    • Familiarity with GIS software and AI applications is a plus.
    • Knowledge of Brazilian energy market regulations.
    • Proficiency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
