Doctors and clinics count on Docplanner to facilitate scheduling, booking, communication and payments for millions of patients a month. Through its innovative and user-friendly software, doctors and clinics can optimize patient flows, reduce costly no-shows and completely digitize their practices - all resulting in valuable time savings that can instead be used to improve patient outcomes and experiences. Via its TuoTempo brand, we also offer a more sophisticated suite of optimisation products for large healthcare institutions.

    We built medical Practice Management Software as a SaaS. We help 260,000 doctors and clinics focus on treating patients and delivering an exceptional patient experience. We also run a service that allows 80 million patients monthly to easily find the right doctor, and we currently have 19 million bookings per month coming online or through our software.
    Our global team of 2,700 across offices in Warsaw, Istanbul, Rome, Barcelona, Mexico City, Bogotá, Curitiba, Rio, and Munich and Berlin make this happen. <3

    We're funded by some leading VCs - Goldman Sachs, One Peak Partners, Point Nine and Target Global - and so far we have raised over €450m. Currently, we're on around €180m ARR (60% yoy growth) and are going to reach profitability in the first half of 2024

    To ensure we have the right people in place for all this, we are looking for a Junior Global Web Project Manager to join our team.

    Job Description

    As a member of the Global Web team, you're joining a multicultural crew working closely with marketing and other teams across the globe. You will partner with our developers, designers and analytics teams to ensure we are on time and on budget on all web-related projects we take on, and you will play a pivotal role to the Senior Project Manager who will rely on your expertise to test and QA the output and master our CMS' content.

    Joining us as a Junior Global Web Project Manager, you will work closely with - and report to - , the Senior Global Web Strategy Manager.

    Your work in this role plays a crucial role in ensuring our web activities are top-notch, and helps deliver the best experience for our customers globally.

  • This team takes care of all the B2B websites that aren't our marketplaces - more than 15 websites

  • How you'll have an impact - your key responsibilities

  • Execute web strategy that aligns with the company's goal for lead generation, customer acquisition and retention
  • Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels on the website to maximize lead generation, upsell and cross-sell.
  • Plan and execute A/B tests to optimize website elements, user experience and conversion rate.
  • Support eCommerce initiatives by working closely with senior PM to maximize eCommerce sales.
  • Monitor website performance using analytics tools (GA) and provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and manage project timelines to ensure deliverables.
  • Qualifications

    Role requirements - What will help you succeed

  • A degree in marketing, project management, or a related field
  • 2-3+ years of experience in marketing and project management with objectives targeted to acquiring leads, eCommerce sales or add-on revenue (ideally in b2b SaaS/marketplaces)
  • Strong project management capabilities using project management tools (Trello, JIRA, Spreadsheets)
  • Advanced capabilities to read and provide recommendations based on data preferably, GA4.
  • Experience working with web design and web development teams.
  • Familiar with a CMS, preferably Hubspot.
  • Strong prioritization skills
  • Positive can-do attitude with strong initiative and follow through
  • Insatiable appetite to learn and grow
  • You're fluent in English, and ideally another one of these languages - Italian, German, Polish
  • "Getting things done" attitude with strong critical thinking
