- Agile team management, including management of future and strategic competencies for the area and climate management, creating a positive environment;
- Manage department activities to design, implement, test, and maintain software;
- Lead software requirement specification and lifecycle;
- Perform planning and coordination of IT projects for non-SAP applications;
- Acts as Agile Project Leader for the software construction group;
- Utilize state-of-the-art development methods, tools, and components;
- Requirements gathering and analysis for SW & Infrastructure;
- Design, support, maintenance, and update and versioning of platforms;
- Identify the needs and expectations of users and other stakeholders in relation to the platform being developed;
- Manages the services of: software development, systems and tool integration, system modernization, application development or maintenance of current systems;
- Establish with the client acceptance and validation criteria for the platform;
- Define the platform requirements describing the services provided and operational restrictions;
- Estimate costs, efforts, and deadlines, defining the execution schedule;
- Control project progress, scope deviations, and adequacy;
- Coordinate and implement new technologies;
- Act in software construction for production and administrative environment;
- Act in the development, implementation, and support of local, regional, and global applications;
- Seek technologies and innovations in other plants and in the market;
- Lead software development through promotion and partnerships.
- Strong technical knowledge in information technology and software development
- Experience in gathering software requirements (for the manufacturing sector it is a plus)
- Ability to transform ideas and concepts into a coherent technological strategy and roadmap
- Required knowledge in programming, architecture, communication protocols, vision systems, artificial intelligence, and digital twins
- Experience in project methodologies, both agile and Waterfall
- Experience with modern programming technologies and languages
- Passion for leading, with a strong focus on results and people development
- Development and identification of new internal and external talent
- Advanced/Fluent English
