- Ensure the fleet aligns with Safety Management System and Corporate Policy requirements.
- Offer relevant support and guidance to project teams.
- Reflect fleet requirements in appropriate schedules and comply with Safety Management System procedures, including tracking/filing reports and certifications.
- Analyze and resolve non-conformities for the assigned vessel.
- Meet fleet audit requirements and efficiently address observations/non-conformities/improvement opportunities for vessel Captains/Superintendents.
- Maintain smooth communication with assigned vessels, including regular telephone contact.
- Support nautical department staff on fleet vessels.
- Hold a full degree in Nautical Sciences.
- Possess advanced English proficiency.
- Have offshore or onshore maritime management experience.
