    Job Description:

    Travel

    Candidate will be expected to travel to client offices in country on adhoc basis (expenses will be covered)Educational Background

    :

    • Typically, a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
    Advanced degrees or certifications in business analysis or project management (such as CBAP,PMI-PBA) can be advantageous.

    Experience with Oracle


    BRM
    :


    • Functional experience in implementing Oracle Billing & Revenue Management or similar Billing &Rating solutions, particularly in the fintech sector. This includes familiarity with billing operations,pricing configurations, customer management, and revenue assurance.
    Industry Experience:

    • Experience working in the fintech industry, understanding its regulatory environment, financialproducts, and technology needs. Knowledge of payment systems, digital wallets, or bankinginterfaces is beneficial.
    Project Management Skills

    :

    • Ability to manage projects, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery ofIT solutions. Experience with Agile methodologies or Scrum frameworks can be particularlyuseful.
    Bilingual Proficiency:

    • Fluency in both English and Portuguese, enabling effective communication with local teams inBrazil as well as international stakeholders.
    Analytical Skills:

    • Strong analytical capabilities to assess business requirements, conduct gap analyses, andtranslate business needs into technical solutions.
    Technical Proficiency:

    • Understanding of software development life cycles, database management, and basicprogramming concepts. Familiarity with SQL, PL/SQL, or other scripting languages used in Oracleenvironments.
    Interpersonal Skills:

    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work collaboratively in ateam environment and interact with all levels of management.
    Adaptability and Learning:

    • Since fintech is a rapidly evolving industry, the ability to learn quickly and adapt to newtechnologies and changes in the market is crucial.
    Responsibilities:

    • Gathering and defining business requirements from internal and external stakeholders. Working closely with IT teams to design and implement Oracle
      BRM solutions that align withbusiness goals. Ensuring that the Oracle
      BRM system integrates seamlessly with other fintech platforms andservices. Conducting user training sessions and preparing user manuals and documentation. Overseeing testing phases, including unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptancetesting. Providing ongoing support and system enhancements post-implementation to improveperformance and adapt to new business needs.
