Objetivo
Ser um embaixador da marca;
Garantir que cada cliente seja tratado de acordo com as expectativas da DOLCE & GABBANA.
Responsabilidades principais:
Fornecer uma excelente experiência ao cliente, demonstrando conhecimento do produto, DNA e atendendo o cliente de acordo com a cerimônia do cliente DOLCE & GABBANA;
Adaptar a experiência do cliente para superar suas expectativas, apoiando a equipe, fornecendo, orientando e garantindo o bom andamento da cerimônia de vendas;
Construir e manter relacionamentos duradouros com nossos clientes atuais e identificar clientes potenciais para o futuro;
Utilizar de forma ativa e proativa as ferramentas da empresa garantindo o cumprimento dos objetivos individuais e da loja;
Garantir o cumprimento das metas de vendas (KPI ́s), para maximizar os resultados da empresa;
Manter os padrões de organizar e limpeza do estoque, área de vendas entre outros com a finalidade de aprimorar a experiência do cliente e de acordo com o procedimento da DOLCE & GABBANA;
Ter sua conduta sempre alinhada com as políticas, objetivos e iniciativas de vendas da empresa;
Ser um membro proativo da equipe, mostrando respeito pelos colegas de trabalho, aceitando instruções e fornecendo feedback para apoiar as conquistas da loja e contribuir para um ambiente de trabalho positivo;
Compreender e seguir todas as políticas e procedimentos da empresa relacionados a vendas e serviços;
Executar outras atribuições conforme instruído;
Mantenha-se atualizado sobre as tendências de moda e assuntos de interesses atuais.
Requisitos:
Mínimo de 2/3 anos de experiência em vendas de móveis e decoração de ambientes em varejo ou varejo de luxo;
Excepcional habilidades de vendas, relacionamento e comunicação;
Habilidades para lidar com uma empresa internacional e saber priorizar as atividades de acordo com os objetivos apresentados
Profissional Dinâmico e orientado ao detalhe;
Flexibilidade de horários.
