- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales leadership to align IT solutions with the strategic goals of the Marketing to Sell stream.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive roadmap for IT initiatives, ensuring they contribute effectively to overall business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Marketing and Sales department.
- Act as a liaison between IT and business teams, facilitating effective communication and understanding of requirements.
- Analyse marketing processes to identify opportunities for technology-driven improvements.
- Propose, champion, and implement IT solutions that enhance marketing and sales efficiency, customer experience, and performance.
- Lead and oversee the implementation of IT projects within the Marketing to Sell stream.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet the required quality standards.
- Identify potential risks related to IT solutions and work collaboratively to develop mitigation strategies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to proactively address challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
- Define and develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of IT deliverables within the Marketing to Sell stream.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure KPIs align with business objectives and provide meaningful insights into the effectiveness of implemented IT solutions.
- Develop comprehensive strategies to promote and ensure user adoption of new IT solutions within the Marketing to Sell team.
- Design and implement metrics to measure user adoption rates and user proficiency.
- Monitor and analyze user adoption metrics, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
- Identify barriers to user adoption and implement corrective measures to enhance engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Mathematics, Engineering or related field; equivalent work experience may be considered.
- In-depth understanding of marketing processes, strategies, and objectives.
- Knowledge of current IT trends, tools, and technologies relevant to the marketing / sales domain.
- Good understanding of agile practices, techniques, and tools
- Proficiency in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and a deep understanding of Agile principles, values, and ceremonies. Familiarity with marketing automation tools and technologies.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with end users.
- Fluent level of English (spoken and written).
- Good skills on service management.
- Advanced skills on consultancy, stakeholder and supplier management.
- Expert at communication, collaborative working, and budget management.
- Office located at South zone in São Paulo.
- Hybrid model of work (at least 2 days on site).
- No relocation support is provided.
