- Design + Deliver Engagement Initiatives: Manages the creation of assets if needed, including CTA, visuals, and copy, maintaining consistency across channels and following partner marketing (and company) best practices. Be hands-on using existing templates to develop marketing creatives with drag-and-drop tools like Canva.
- Frameworks Development: Is the main point of contact for Partner Success regional teams for the development of comprehensive CRM/Engagement Frameworks aimed at enhancing partner engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty.
- Execute and Lead Global Initiatives: Point of contact for global initiatives related to digital relationships with Partner Success, Partner Sales, Partner Marketing, PD and other stakeholders.
- Global and Regional Experimentation: Skill in designing and proposing global tests/campaigns for regional adoption, balancing a global perspective with an understanding of regional nuances.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Apply analytical skills to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions. Analyze and identify global opportunities through macro trends using product & market data.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work in partnership with Partner Success and Partner Marketing to educate the team and document new campaign templates; has relevant communication skills to build documentation comprehensively, for stakeholders outside the partnership structure.
- Innovation and Problem-Solving: Find innovative ways to address challenges and blockers. Apply strong experimentation skills, testing and validating hypotheses locally and identifying opportunities to scale globally. Support global partner research, a point of contact for the UX Research team.

We are hiring a PARTNER LIFECYCLE SR ANALYST for our PARTNERS team
You will be part of the Partner Success department globally, focusing on developing the relationship strategy agenda for partnerships at Wellhub.
With a partner-centric focus, we optimize every touchpoint to deliver personalized messaging and tailored initiatives. Globally, we enable regional work and ensure consistency by identifying technical and operational opportunities and leading global standardization.
