What you will be doing:
Account manage an allocated portfolio undertaking complete account management responsibilities for maintaining, servicing & developing the accounts, growing revenue and tracking production.
Responsible for the sales and management of all leisure group bookings of 7 rooms or more.This also includes the management of FIT group blocks relating to inventory,Manage Group payments, cancellations, rooming lists and terms and conditions.
Build rapport with our key clients in order to ascertain their requirements and identify further opportunities for future businessEnsure that all reservations are recorded following established procedures with full and clear information and inputted correctly and promptlyOrganize and implement administrative systems & procedures, and perform necessary support dutiesPrepare and maintain your department's recordsTo meet agreed monthly performance targets – appointments, account management calls, client appointments & revenue targets as set by your line managerOther administrative tasks as needed Qualifications Your experience and skills include:Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to prioritize work in an environment with multiple interestsAbility to handle complex and confidential information with discretionCompetency using a variety of computer softwaresKnowledge of Opera systemPrevious administrativeexperience in a similar role preferred
