    The RoleThe Production Specialist plays a pivotal role in crafting impactful and engaging content in diverse formats, including newsletters, presentations, data visualizations and more.

    You will translate data and written content into compelling layouts, designs and graphics that highlight our expertise and consistently deliver business-critical intelligence to our customers.


    Principal AccountabilitiesPartner with reporters, editors and other stakeholders to lay out various newsletters, reports, whitepapers and studies quickly and to the highest standards.

    Make creative suggestions about improvements to design and to processes, ensuring high visual appeal and optimal delivery of our business-critical prices and forecasts.

    Design eye-catching and informative charts, graphs and infographics that transform complex data into actionable insights for our users.
    Craft impactful and visually captivating data-led presentations in PowerPoint and Canva, effectively communicating complex insights to our audience.

    Suggest and develop ways to personalize content based on user preferences and behaviour, tailoring presentations and other deliverables for maximum impact.

    Leverage automation tools to streamline repetitive tasks and optimize workflows, freeing up time for strategic initiatives.
    Implement rigorous quality assurance measures to ensure all deliverables meet our brand standards and exceed client expectations.
    Champion new technologies, actively exploring and implementing innovative solutions to enhance content delivery and user engagement.
    Manage the post-production process for our podcasts, including editing, audio mixing, mastering, and integration with distribution platforms.

    KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLSWe are looking for an individual who is highly motivated, driven, and have a passion to be part of a fast-paced, successful team.

    Being a strong team player is also important as well as someone who is happy to work flexibly.

    You have a strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, InCopy, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro), familiarity with data visualization tools, a solid understanding of digital publishing workflows and proficiency in podcast-editing software.

    You are proficient in content management systems and online publishing protocols, including content rights management software, as well as in the Microsoft Office suite.

    You can translate complex data into clear and engaging narratives through effective visualization and design, both static and within presentations.

    You thrive in a fast-paced environment, embrace new technologies and adapt quickly to evolving content demands.
    You collaborate effectively with editors designers and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality content on time.
    You have or will acquire an understanding of our audience's needs and behaviour.
    You boast creative problem-solving and analytical skills.

    You are at your best in a collaborative working environment while also seeking to work smarter by creatively challenging the status quo.
