**Key Responsibilities: - Supporting all clients discussions and providing responses to product inquiries

  • Supporting business requirements
  • Working closely with external clients and partners across LOBs: sales/service, implementation, tech & ops, risk, compliance, legal and other groups to ensure proper due diligence and review prior to presenting to stakeholders
  • Ensuring clientfacing materials, agreements and internal job aids are accurate, uptodate and position/protect appropriately
  • Maintaining governance models and drive ongoing reviews of clients and taking required action when necessary
  • Work with Implementations to ensure setup/ off boarding completed properly
  • Ensuring that products are handled properly with respect to payments framework, including monitoring and opportunities to reduce costs
  • Global pricing and cost review for consistent approach to ensure firmwide relationships are priced appropriately
  • Reviewing and approving billing of clients as well as ensuring revenues are commensurate with transaction activity. Includes supporting opportunities to streamline billing process
  • Monitor product performance and create monthly metrics to support P&L ownership and senior management updates
  • Develop robust, integrated solutions that span different LOBs
  • Driving risk and control agenda to improve controls for time sensitive payment flows including escalation and contingency models
  • Working with Clearinghouses as needed to support industry initiatives
  • Monitoring client behavior regarding timely funding and working with Sales Managers to ensure funding is available prior to timesensitive processing windows

Qualifications

  • Pix and Open Finance knowledge is desired
  • Competent understanding and/or previous experience in relation to one or more of the Payments products
  • Working knowledge of the Treasury Services Operations, Technology, Sales and Service model would be an advantage
  • Development and documentation of procedures, documentation, Service Level Agreement's, clientfacing materials and legal agreement
  • Risk management and control remediation
  • Proficiency is required as a minimum requirement for the following
  • Selfmotivated and driven to achieve targets and deliverables
  • Relationship building and influencing skills
  • Analytical skillsable to obtain, manipulate, interpret and package metrics about the product, usage and client behavior
  • Organizational skills and time management
  • Presentation skills written, visual and verbal
  • Leadership skills able to bring multifunctional groups together to work towards a common goal
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese, Spanish is a plus
