The role:


Main Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies encompassing both online/digital and offline/events/sales channels, aligning them with the organization's sales and commercial objectives.
  • Drive customer marketing initiatives to strengthen relationships with existing clients and foster brand loyalty.
  • Analyze and optimize digital marketing dynamics to improve the effectiveness of the new App, leveraging datadriven insights to enhance user experience and boost conversions.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to coordinate and manage events, ensuring seamless execution and impactful brand representation.
  • Oversee PR communications to maintain a positive brand image and effectively communicate key messages to target audiences.
  • Monitor marketing performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and present actionable recommendations for continuous improvement and better ROI.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to proactively identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure costefficient campaign execution.
  • Proven experience in devising and executing successful marketing strategies that encompass both online/digital and offline/events/sales channels.
  • Strong understanding of sales, commercial dynamics, and industry trends to tailor marketing efforts effectively.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and a datadriven approach to enhance digital marketing effectiveness.
  • Flexibility and willingness to manage events and PR communications to enhance brand visibility and market reach.
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Strong analytical abilities, decisionmaking skills, and a track record of achieving marketing goals and targets.
  • Creative mindset and a passion for driving innovation in marketing initiatives.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey marketing strategies and performance insights to stakeholders.
