Network Infrastructure
Network Infrastructure focus is on the building blocks and essential solutions of critical networks, driving digitalization across all industries. Combining four strong divisions - IP Networks; Optical Networks; Fixed Networks and Alcatel Submarine

  • Networks
  • Network Infrastructure intends to provide technology leadership in every one of our divisions.
  • Fixed Networks: Fixed network services and solutions spanning fiber, 5G and copper broadband access networks.

As part of our team, acting in Fixed Networks, you will:

  • Analyse factual information and possible solutions, makes independent judgments, decisions and recommendations and solves a range of straightforward problems through knowledge and professional experience.
  • Supports transfer of concepts for professional direction of own organizational unit into actionable measure
  • Perform routine assignments within standardized procedures and practices with regular supervision to achieve objectives and meet deadlines (e.g. assisting other professionals; creating reports).
  • Receive instruction, guidance and direction from others and uses own knowledge and existing procedures to solve standard problems (e.g. performing office duties for a defined area; responding to company queries).

Your skills and experience

You have:

  • Been enrolled in
    6th or 7th semester of Undergraduate studies in Engineering or Business Administration.
  • Advanced English skills;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Word and Excel.

It would be nice if you also had:

  • At least Intermediate Spanish skills
  • Some knowledge of Power BI.

The Intern performs delegated tasks with the objective to take over more and more responsibilities and learn all required skills for his / her future job.

The main purpose of this job is to gain experience of all aspects of a selected area as well as contribute with Fixed Networks Brasil team in the Project Management support.
