Our award-winning platform seamlessly integrates operational and third-party risk management, operational resilience, business continuity, incident and crisis management, emergency management, and security and safety operations.
The RoleThe Pre-Sales team possesses a deep knowledge of our solutions and provides customers with tailored demos, proof of concept delivery, and accurate project scoping.
As a Presales Consultant, you will be the expert in Noggin's products, matching complex customer needs with our adaptable, low-code platform to help close deals faster.
You will take an active role in understanding customer challenges, developing tailored configurations, and positioning Noggin's differentiators against the competition.
You will act as the primary subject matter expert in prospect meetings, ensuring the customer understands exactly how our solutions resolve their crisis and resilience challenges.
Sitting within the Business Development function, you will work closely with Product, Sales, Professional Services, and Customer Success, operating seamlessly across LATAM and global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Consulting, Solution Design & Demos:
Engage with customers to gather requirements, analyze needs, and design tailored solutions. Build custom configurations within our low-code/no-code environment to address specific gaps. Deliver compelling, tailored presentations and product demos that showcase Noggin's capabilities.
Scoping & Professional Services (PS)
Estimation:
Partner closely with Sales to accurately scope project implementations.
Take the lead on calculating Professional Services (PS) estimates, drafting Statements of Work (SOW), and advising prospects on software deployment efforts and timelines.
Planning & Pipeline Management:
Support pre-sales strategies to achieve sales targets. Contribute to proposals, support tender responses, and collaborate with teams to address non-functional questions. Manage CRM data and ensure deals are qualified before investing pre-sales resources.
Cross-Functional & Marketing Support:
Work closely with Marketing and Product teams to share customer insights, refine value propositions, and provide market analysis. Support demand generation and provide post-event reports to optimize sales efforts. Keep up-to-date with the product roadmap and market relevance.
Revenue Performance:
Directly contribute to the closure of revenue in alignment with agreed performance KPIs.
Essential Requirements:
Location:
Must be currently located in São Paulo, SP, Brazil.
Languages:
Trilingual fluency is strictly required (Portuguese, English, and Spanish).
Industry Experience:
Direct experience working within Critical Event Management, Crisis Management, Business Continuity, or Physical Security event management (e.g., facilities, stadiums, universities, corporate GRC).
Technical Pre-Sales Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of commercial experience in software analysis or pre-sales (with at least 2 years in a senior role).
Must have experience demonstrating and configuring highly adaptable SaaS solutions or low-code/no-code platforms (Note: heavy, rigid legacy or complex workforce management system backgrounds are not a fit for this environment).
Implementation & Scoping:
Demonstrated experience in Professional Services (PS) estimation, creating implementation scopes, and owning the preparation of pre-sales documents (SOWs, RFPs).
Stakeholder Management:
Proven ownership of client relationships, front-line stakeholder engagement, and analyzing the needs of prospective customers against an existing product set.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, information technology, computer science, or equivalent qualifications/experience.
