Qualifications

Degree in Telecommunications Engineering or equivalent.
Ability to analyze, discuss and define project requirements, creating and understanding a workplan to execute a professional services project.
Creative Thinking: able to solve problems on their own using creative thinking, following the Nokia ethics, values and mission
Dependable:

being reliable and responsible about your roles. following the project delivery process being trust internally and for the customer. - Flexible: be able to work when needed, on whatever project is assigned, focusing to conclude the project described in the scope, with the cost without impact the quality

Interpersonal:

Communicating and interacting with those around. Need to get along well with employers, colleagues, and customers. - Motivation: We are looking for someone who is positive and passionate about your job

Communication:

Being a good team member, able to clearly communicate your ideas with the group. Leadership ability for Professional Services solutions and 3rd party team for technical issues.

Skills:

PMPbok knowledgment
Desirable PMP Certification.
IP/MPLS routing advanced knowledgement
Desirable Certifications (Cisco, Juniper, Nokia)
Packet Core knowledgement
Desirable a clear understand about Mobile Data 3GPP archtecture.
Advanced level English language;
Available for local and international travel for 25% of time;
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines;
Willingness to learn new things with a good attitude;
Minimum of 4 years experience in Technical Project Management.
Minimum of 8 years experience in Telecommunication market in Engineering team.
