**Tasks


TasksTasks***We are looking for an After-sales Specialist to support the development and implementation of
dealer-individual business plans through continuous monitoring and follow up on their
performance.
We seek a professional who implement best practices and guarantee the cooperation between
Porsche and the dealer network.

Main Responsibilities

  • Business Plan support
Support in the development and implementation of dealer-individual business plans

  • Continuously monitor dealers and follow up on their performance: Dealer AS KPI (Training,
Q Bulletin, Parts,TEQ, PDS and Classic NetTO, Productivity, PSS, )

  • Help follow up for Business Topics
  • Managing the rollout, coordinating and implementing the Porsche Service Consulting
(PSC) missions

  • Support the rollout of the Light Weight Body Repair (LWBR) project in the region, making
sure special tools required are purchased by each body shop, proper repair processes are
in place and designated persons attend the designed training

Primary contact between PBR & Dealers

  • Strict implementing on Porsche CI/CD on dealers
  • Market specific concern delivery to PBR (Voice of field) and find solution for both position
  • Manage and monitor all AS related matters of dealers and guide it to Porsche direction
  • Manage and assist the Dealers on the upload of the information for the Parts Inventory
Monitoring Tool.

  • Ensuring that Service Collection is being worn by all the networks' service personne
Dealer Business Operation Improvement

  • Regular dealer visit, follow up visits and correct documentation (contact report, action
plan)

  • Council and develop dealers on Customer related matter (complaint resolution)
  • PBE, SST onsite support and followup visit after consulting
  • Coordination of support and define Milestones, tools and Staff qualification effort to
achieve a smooth startup operation of new dealer

  • Secure warranty policy and procedure, Recall/Campaign completion, PSA, warranty parts
inspection

  • Perform PSDR/Dealer Standard Review and followup to target agreements
  • Perform Maintenance Initiative Review
  • Compile reports on dealership compliance review, report findings and action plan
  • Implement and secure compliance to workshop standards and special tool/equipment
  • Define and implement a reporting system from/to dealers/importer
Initiation and steering of projects at subsidiary and dealer network

  • One language to Dealer, Close cooperation with envolved areas: Sales, CRM & Marketing,
Legal

  • Help follow up for Business Topics
  • Support the rollout, coordinating and implementing the Porsche Service Consulting (PSC)

  • Supporting the process of Strategy 2030 Dealers targets completion
**Qualifications


QualificationsQualifications***Education

  • Bachelor's Degree and/or Master's Degree in Engineering.
Experience

  • 5+ years of working experience (automotive industry, premium brands are a plus).
