- Como Engineering Manager você é responsável pela entrega de seus squads e pelo plano de carreira das pessoas de sua equipe;
- Remove barreiras para pessoas da equipe;
- Envolve-se no planejamento dos produtos do squad desde o início;
- Ter um profundo conhecimento das tecnologias e arquitetura de sistemas da equipe e como elas se alinham com a jornada de clientes da Loft;
- Garantir que a equipe está entregando com boa qualidade e consistência, entendendo o quão bem as pessoas da equipe estão executando;
- Ser responsável por fornecer feedback constante as pessoas de sua equipe e definir áreas de crescimento;
- Ser responsável por fornecer inputs para o planejamento do head-count e participar ativamente do processo de recrutamento.
