    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Create strategies to enhance dealers' technical capabilities
    • Create and update training contents, paths, and materials in alignment with company strategies
    • Establish and manage necessary infrastructure based on training strategies

    TRAINEES CONTROL

    • Develop controls to oversee dealers' trainees data and training levels
    • Manage dealers' applications for available trainings to ensure complete path completion
    • Track trainees' performance to continually enhance their knowledge and training materials effectiveness

    TRAINING APPLICATION

    • Create and oversee training availability
    • Coordinate dealers' invitations for trainings
    • Establish a knowledge center by transferring expertise from headquarters and market best practices
    • Create strategies to train trainers and keep them updated on new technologies and repair needs
    • Monitor training instructors' effectiveness and provide support to enhance their skills

    BUDGET

    • Manage budget to ensure training availability meets dealers' demands

      • REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

      • Proficiency in car repair
      • Teaching experience in car repair
      • Expertise in high voltage components, hybrid systems, and new car technologies
      • Familiarity with electrical regulations and market trends
      • Experience in negotiating with dealers, suppliers, and top management
      • Bachelor's degree
      • Solid experience in technical training
      • Over 10 years of experience in the automotive industry
      • Understanding of After Sales technical operations
      • Fluent in English
