About the team:


In this role, you should have the willingness to learn and adapt to the work culture with a strong understanding of the entire workflow from pre-production to post-production.

You must have the ability to shoot, edit and create videos of different styles and quality.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with the team to generate creative content and video concepts to deliver campaigns.
  • Lead in the full video production process including conceptualisation, storyboarding, scheduling, filming, and support postproduction.
  • Managing all relevant video assets including high end and low end quality. Set up and disassemble cameras, audio recorders, lighting, microphones, and props.
  • Think creatively to assemble final visual/audio creative material; ensure consistency and relevancy to production; monitor the technical quality of final video.
  • In charge of shooting, camera & making online video advertisements.
  • To be able to review and identify locations, setups and necessary lights to create video advertisements.
  • Deep research on various shooting strategy for short video format, using distinct style and methodology to create unique video shoots.
  • Familiarity with creating preproduction documents such as call sheets and production tracking.
  • Work closely with cross functional teams on planning, requirements and processes.
  • Coordinate with creative director and producer to plan and execute content strategies.

Qualifications:

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
  • Specialised in Filming and Video Editing.
  • Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus for dealing with Spanish market
  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere, as well as knowledge of color correction and audio syncing. After Effects is a plus (motion, 3d is a plus).
  • Good communication skills and can manage actors and producers.
  • Good visualisation skills and willingness to bring innovative elements within videos.
  • Knowledge and experience of using/planning digital video advertising.
  • Advanced knowledge of Post-Production and Production process.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of social media and digital video platforms.
