Com mais de 50 anos no mercado atuando de forma sustentável e tem aproximadamente 1.400 colaboradores, buscando ser confiável em todas as relações, e contribui para projetos de saneamento e desenvolvimento humano.
Atividades:
1) Contribuir para a qualidade da execução dos serviços de manutenção mecânica, monitorando a execução dos trabalhos, acompanhando o cumprimento dos prazos, mitigando retrabalhos e buscando formas de aumentar a eficiência e produtividade da equipe.
2) Monitorar o cumprimento da programação de manutenções mecânicas (preventivas ou corretivas), mediante orientação da equipe e execução de serviços, verificando prazos e qualidade.
3) Suportar a gestão no acompanhamento da equipe, mediante controle da jornada de trabalho, horas extras, férias e outros, bem como atualização do planejamento e redistribuição de atividades e recursos e condução inicial em novas contratações.
4) Contribuir com o aumento de produtividade da área mediante busca de recursos, sugestão de melhorias em processos e sistemas, controle e distribuição das demandas e controle dos serviços executados.
5) Monitorar o cumprimento do plano de inspeção definido pelas NRs (Normas Regulamentadoras), apoiando o gestor no acompanhamento de prazos e alocação de recursos.
6) Contribuir com a disponibilidade de informações de rotina da área, por meio do apoio na atualização dos sistemas internos, verificando apontamento de horas e histórico de manutenção, eficiência da equipe e execução de serviços.
7) Garantir o suporte técnico à equipe na clarificação de dúvidas, instruindo seus liderados no atendimento às demandas de manutenção.
8) Identificar necessidades de capacitação mediante avaliação de desempenho e garantir a manutenção da motivação dos liderados.
9) Avaliar e aprovar tecnicamente as medições dos trabalhos realizados por empresas contratadas para prestação de serviço e encaminhar para faturamento.
10) Zelar pelo cumprimento da legislação vigente e pelo atendimento às políticas da organização e normas de saúde, segurança do trabalho e meio ambiente, garantindo o alinhamento da equipe por meio da conscientização e orientação das prioridades.

- Analisar a viabilidade técnica, econômica e operacional de projetos de inovação antes da implementação;
- Identificar e desenvolver parcerias estratégicas que possam contribuir para o sucesso de iniciativas inovadoras;
- Facilitar a implementação de mudanças organizacionais necessárias para incorporar inovações, garantindo a aceitação e adesão da equipe;
- Acompanhar e avaliar o desempenho das iniciativas de inovação, ajustando estratégias conforme necessário para garantir o sucesso a longo prazo.
Desejável:
- Conhecimento em ferramentas de gestão de projetos;
- Conhecimento em metodologias ágeis.
