Position:

Personnel Logistics Analyst | Rio de Janeiro BR- Execute procedures in accordance with logistics policies and procedures;- Process expensive report forms related to Personnel Logistics costs Ensuring the registration and updating of SISPAT of the crew, suppliers and authorities.- Ensuring that service providers related to logistics in line with Yinson ́s requirements.

Interface with the Yinson ́s crew, suppliers and in relation to offshore units.- Visa arrangements and extensions, immigration procedures International flight and hotel bookings. Education:

Bachelor's degree in business Admin, HR, Tourism or similar Intermediate level in English.
Excel or Power BI 3 years of experience as a personnel logistic analyst, preferably in FPSO ́s Experience working with SISPAT and SAP Systems Previous experience working with Drake system.
