APPMO (
Agile Portfolio and Program Management Office ) reports to TS LATAM Strategy and Operations Team and acts as a strategic partner withing TS LATAM organization.
In APPMO, we support enterprise agility promoting portfolio management, in alignment with Johnson & Johnson Global guidelines and IT standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Strategic Technology Programs and Projects, planning, designing and leading members during execution phase.
- Proactively monitor progress of Programs and Projects, providing visibility and transparency about risks and issues and initiating appropriate mitigation or corrective actions.
- Lead PMO vendor management.
- Lead PMO Center of Excellence.
- Lead Portfolio Management.
- Support Technology Portfolio Management initiatives.
Qualifications:

Education:
- Degree in Technology
- Master degree or equivalent in Technology, Business or Project Management is desirable.
Experience and Skills:
Required:
- Proven experience as Program and Project Manager
- Excellent understanding of Program and Project management techniques and methods
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent problemsolving ability
- Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of MS Project.
Preferred:
- Formal Project Management certification, like CAPM or PMP
- Formal Agile Management certification, like SAFe or KMP
Other:
- Minimum travel availability
