    Buscamos um profissional para atuar apoiando o time de Analistas e Assistentes de Recursos Humanos, de forma generalista.

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

  • R&S de posições operacionais;
  • Cadastro de novos colaboradores;
  • Apoio no processo de Integração de novos colaboradores;
  • Acompanhamento do Período de Experiência;
  • Manutenção e fechamento de Ponto Eletrônico;
  • Envio de Banco de Horas;
  • Atualização de cadastro e sistema;
  • Envio de informações para a Folha de Pagamento;
  • Acompanhamento e preenchimento de Treinamentos e gestão da LNT;
  • Elaboração de formulários de Movimentação de Pessoal;
  • Apoio no processo de Rescisão de Contratos.

    • REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduação cursando em Psicologia, Gestão de RH ou áreas afins;
  • Conhecimentos em Sistema RM, serão um diferencial;
  • Conhecimentos em Excel e PowerPoint, serão um diferencial.
