- Work autonomously on reporting, preparing, and reviewing reconciliations from end to end
- Conduct account variance analysis for reporting purposes (Month to Month, Year to Year, and explanations)
- Provide daily support to AP, AR, and Treasury functions, to ensure efficient and accurate finance processes for all local operations
- Assist in enforcing internal control procedures and compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements
- Independently prepare accounting obligations and ancillary declarations (ECD, Censo, Bacen, RDE, etc)
- Engage with internal and external auditors
- Bridge Local x US GAAP
- Drive improvements in accounting processes and activities autonomously to enhance efficiency
- Collaborate effectively in a team, thrive in a growing and dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in accounting with active CRC
- Solid Experience in accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Proficient in English
