Customer Experience

  • The Customer Experience organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.
  • The team where the intern will work is responsible for all commercial interactions with a set of key telecom operators in Brazil, ensuring best experience in the daily activities, improving revenue for both the operators and Nokia.

The team you will be a part of

  • Get connect to the most relevant players in the telecom and It environment.
  • Prepare and evaluate business cases and plans.
  • Study cutting edge technologies.
  • Be part of deal negotiations and offer preparation.

Your skills and experience

  • Been enrolled in
    6th or 7th semester of Undergraduate studies in Computer Science, Software or Computer Engineering. Telecom, Eletronic Engineering or Economics
  • Time Management and Problem-Solving capabilities
  • Good communication in English (both written and spoken)
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Programming and algorithmic skills

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Programming skills
  • Knowledge of finance
  • Good level of Spanish
