    Sobre a vaga:
    Buscamos um(a) analista financeiro


    E-commerce com foco em Meio de Pagamentos, Antifraude e Regras de Conciliação, será responsável por garantir a eficiência e segurança das transações financeiras no ambiente de comércio eletrônico.

    Esse profissional atuará na gestão dos meios de pagamentos, implementação de medidas antifraude e na conciliação de pagamentos, garantindo o equilíbrio entre as transações realizadas e os valores recebidos.

    Além disso, será referência para a criação do DRE Gerencial do e-commerce em conjunto com os times financeiros da holding e empresas coligadas.


    Responsabilidades e Atribuições:

    Gerenciar meios de pagamento:


    Avaliar e selecionar os meios de pagamento mais adequados para o negócio, considerando taxas, segurança e conveniência para os clientes.

    Configurar e integrar os meios de pagamento escolhidos com a plataforma de e-commerce.
    Monitorar o desempenho dos diferentes meios de pagamento e propor melhorias para otimizar a experiência do cliente.

    Gerenciar prevenção de fraudes:
    Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de prevenção e detecção de fraudes nas transações online.
    Analisar padrões de comportamento suspeitos e realizar investigações detalhadas de atividades fraudulentas em conjunto com parceiros de antifraude.
    Colaborar com equipes de segurança e tecnologia para aprimorar os sistemas de detecção de fraudes.

    Gestão de conciliação:


    Estabelecer e monitorar as regras de conciliação de pagamentos, garantindo a correspondência entre as transações registradas e os valores recebidos.

    Identificar e resolver discrepâncias nos registros de transações e nos valores conciliados.
    Realizar o tratamento adequado das taxas e impostos relacionados às vendas próprias (1P) e vendas através de marketplaces (3P).
    Gerar relatórios de conciliação para análise financeira e auditoria interna.
    Gestão de despesas digitais e visão gerencial de DRE:

    Trabalhar em conjunto com os times financeiros da Holding e Coligadas para criar a visão mensal de DRE do e-commerce.

    Suportar o processo de gestão de despesas digitais junto ao time financeiro da holding para garantir a correta execução do orçamento.


    Requisições e Qualificações:

    Experiência:
    Graduação em Administração, Finanças, Economia, Ciências contábeis ou áreas correlatas
    Experiência prévia em e-commerce, preferencialmente com foco em gestão de pagamentos e prevenção de fraudes.

    Habilidades Técnicas:
    Conhecimento profundo de diferentes meios de pagamento online e suas características.
    Familiaridade com ferramentas e sistemas de antifraude, como análise de comportamento de usuários e verificação de padrões suspeitos.
    Conhecimento de sistemas de antifraude (Cybersource, Clearsale ou similar)
    Conhecimento do ecossistema de pagamento online (Gateway, Adquirentes)
    Conhecimento de meios de pagamento online (Cartão de crédito, Private Label, pix, Débito, VR/VA, etc)
    Conhecimento em tratamento de taxas e impostos relacionados às vendas próprias (1P) e vendas através de marketplaces (3P).
