Precisamos de um(a) Project Analyst Sr. para nosso time de Operações, para assumir esse desafio e conquistar esse mercado junto com a gente.

Sua missão será:
· Criar e desenvolver metodologia para gestão dos projetos da ST-One, indicando os principais KPI's para monitoramento e desenvolver processos que garantam a consistência e eficácia em nossas entregas;
· Gerenciar os projetos de implantação do ST-One Solution nos clientes;
· Monitorar e controlar o progresso dos projetos em andamento, avaliando as métricas de desempenho, atuando na identificação de desvios, implementando ações corretivas quando necessário;
· Definir cronograma da área, com o sequenciamento de tarefas, alocação de recursos, estimativa de duração das etapas e atuar na revisão do cronograma para garantir que esteja de acordo com o objetivo de cada projeto.
· Atuar no gerenciamento de riscos, ajudando a identificar, avaliar e mitigar os riscos que possam impactar nosso cronograma, nossas entregas e o objetivo fim de cada projeto.
· Criar fluxo de melhoria contínua, analisando as entregas pós projetos para identificar lições aprendidas e oportunidades de melhorias.
· Ser um facilitador da comunicação entre as equipes envolvidas em cada projeto, tanto internas, como externas, garantindo uma visão global e clara do status de cada projeto e promovendo a colaboração e envolvimento.
· Treinar o time de operações em gerenciamento de projetos, melhorando assim as habilidades do time em compreender os processos de gerenciamento de suas atividades.
