Main responsibilitiesRealizar a gestão financeira dos contratos (clientes e fornecedores)Controlar marcos de faturamentoAcompanhar e controlar recebimento de boletos/NFRealizar a gestão dos custos das obras/provisões empreiteirosAnalisar e confrontar o valor de pagamento x contratoEfetuar as atualizações financeiras dos recebimentosAcompanhar e controlar índice de inadimplênciaElaborar de fluxo de caixa do segmentoAcompanhar os resultados e elaboração de projeções financeirasAcompanhamento de OKRs da área e implementação de plano de ação para atender a estratégica comercial da empresa.
Requirements and skillsGraduação em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Gestão Financeira ou áreas correlatas;Experiência consistente na área financeira;Habilidade com Office 365.DIFERENCIAL Habilidade com PowerBi;Conhecimento do ERP Mega da Sênior; Passagem em BIG4.
