Garantir o abastecimento do Complexo Hospitalar Municipal SBC, no que se refere a insumos hospitalares e itens de manutenção e engenharia clínica.Prover soluções na rotina de reposição de estoque, alinhado com a capacidade de armazenamento da Instituição;
Análise de obsolescência e controle de validade de produtos.
Análise permanente da cadeia de suprimentos de insumos, visando sempre a otimização dos recursos.
Acompanhar nível de estoque do Complexo Hospitalar Municipal de São Bernardo do Campo, compreendendo 4 Hospitais (HC, HCA, HMU e HU), analisando-os de forma substancial;
Identificar materiais/medicamentos com necessidade de reposição de estoque, seguindo uma política de ressurgimento;
Reconhecer as curvas ABC e XYZ do estoque;
Solicitar compra de materiais/medicamentos através do sistema MV;
Programar entrega de material/medicamento, conforme necessidade e capacidade de armazenamento da instituição;
Acompanhar as alterações nos itens padronizados a fim de substituir, reprogramar ou solicitar conforme demanda;
Solicitar compra de itens novos e não padrão conforme documentação;
Realizar programação de entrega dos insumos que possuem contrato de fornecimento;
Gerar racional de consumo e abastecimento por unidade Hospitalar;
Realizar solicitação de compra de urgência, a fim de garantir atendimento assistencial;
Análise de itens próximo do vencimento e desencadear ações para evitar perda;
Participar de inventário semestral das unidades;
Interface com gestores de diversas áreas do hospital;
Identificar, comunicar e posicionar os itens críticos e não atendidos com a frequência estabelecida;
Interface com setor de compras, financeiro, fornecedores, terceiros e instituições.
Requisitos:
Ensino médio completo. Desejável curso superior em andamento;
Conhecimento com PCP (Planejamento e Controle de Produção);
Vivência comprovada;
Conhecimentos de Pacote Office e conhecimentos de software(s) específico(s) de sua área de atuação.
Tempo de experiência: Menos de 1 ano
